That plan should have details that define the end goal, how you will reach the end goal, the tasks necessary to reach your goal, and a timeline that outline when each task needs to be completed to reach your goal

Defining the details of your plan within the context of a business is typically defined as Project Management. This course will focus on helping you understand the components that make up a good project management plan, pitfalls to avoid, and tools to help facilitate this process.

As part of this course, we will cover the following topics:

  • Define Project management and related terms
  • Discuss the fundamentals of Project Management
  • Discuss the importance of understanding and being able to break down tasks within your plan
  • Review the different methodologies used to support Project Management
  • Review the different tools used to support Project Management
  • Complete a Project Management exercise
Location:
Parking is located in the parking garage located directly beneath the Daniel's College of Business building on the corner of Evans and University. You can find the entrance to the underground parking on the east side of the building directly off of University. Please contact Kiera at (720) 273-2190 if you have any issues accessing the garage.
